CAPABILITIES
& EQUIPMENT
State-of-the-art machinery, rigorous quality processes, and specialty finishing capabilities — all under one roof.
Quality Assurance
Step 1
Design Review
Our engineering team evaluates every RFQ for material selection, process optimization, and cost-driven manufacturing strategies before production begins.
Step 2
In-Process Inspection
Dimensional verification at each production stage using calibrated instruments ensures parts meet specification before advancing to the next operation.
Step 3
Final Verification
Romer CMM portable arm with PC-DMIS software provides comprehensive dimensional reports accurate to 0.001” for complete traceability and certification.

ISO 9001:2015 Framework
Our quality management system is built on the ISO 9001:2015 framework, ensuring consistent processes, continuous improvement, and full traceability across every production run.
Romer CMM & PC-DMIS
Our Romer portable CMM arm paired with PC-DMIS software delivers dimensional verification accurate to 0.001". Every production run is inspected against your print specifications with comprehensive dimensional reports provided.
Product Design
Our engineering team uses SolidWorks to develop sophisticated fixtures, weld setups, and production tooling. From concept to manufacturable print, we optimize designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability.
We specialize in reverse engineering for legacy parts with no existing drawings. Using precision measurement tools and 3D modeling, we recreate complete engineering documentation for obsolete or undocumented components.

Specialty Finishes
We coordinate a full range of finishing services to meet your application, corrosion resistance, and appearance requirements.
